The coastal city of Malaga reinvented herself and has quietly emerged as a cultural hub. The city persuaded several prestigious museums to open their first overseas offshoots: the Pompidou Center from Paris and the State Russian Museum. After the welcome, discover the highlights of this strategic city by the Med whose Roman theatre is spectacularly located at the foot of the city’s Moorish citadel while you can feel the scent of the sea in almost every step. Home city of Picasso, learn little bit more about the internationally famous artist before heading to the first gourmet stop.

DAY 2 | Malaga - Axarquia - Malaga
WINES FROM AXARQUIA
Malaga is surrounded by the sea and by a terrific countryside with extreme landscapes, this is the case in Axarquia region, where winegrowing has been a heroic activity for centuries. Vineyards are set on almost impossible slopes, where the mules are essential to access. The main grape variety in the area is the Muscat of Alexandria, although the native Romé grape gains weight in the vineyards. The slate soil, the proximity of the Mediterranean and the sea breezes and the old vines are some of the key factors that explain the high quality of these wines. Take an opportunity to admire the scenery and taste incredible wines.

DAY 3 | Malaga - Cordoba
CORDOBA
Cordoba was listed in 2021 the most beautiful historic center in Spain by Lonely Planet and since 2018 it is the first city in the world to have four UNESCO World Heritage sites, surpassing Rome and Paris. Be wowed by the impressive Mezquita-Catedral, a unique jewel from the Al-Andalus, and enjoy strolling around the stone paved streets while you glimpse colorful courtyards full of flowers and potted plants. Feel its special southern vibe and alegría de vivir.

Lunch today will offer some of the best traditional dishes from Cordoba: Pisto and ox tail will, and the world famous salmorejo. Let’s savor some of the historical recipes renowned the world over and paired with some of the best local wines.

Gardens, patios and courtyards are part of Cordoba’s Unesco-protected cultural heritage and today you’ll live first hand the immensity of landscaping as art. Cross the door of an oasis of flower-becked 12 courtyards of a grand palace scented with myrtle and jasmine where stunningly refined glazed ceramics are displayed all over.

The gastronomic expression of the Muslim empire in the Iberian Peninsula developed the most refined dining experiences up to unimaginable limits and considered gastronomy a successful means of restoring and preserving health at all levels. DAY 5 | Cordoba - Ronda - Jerez de la Fra.
RONDA, THE ROMANTIC CITY
One of the oldest cities in Europe and certainly of a spectacular beauty, has attracted illustrious personalities fascinated by the presence of bandits and smugglers. and by the brave bulls forged culture. Among others, Ernest Hemingway, Orson Wells – whose ashes remain buried here – and the famous German poet Rilke.
A hidden enclave of the province of Malaga at a 700 meter altitude (2,296 feet), its historical wine tradition dates back the Phoenicians but was greatly expanded during the Roman times in the original city called Acinipo.
The gorge that divides the city is for sure a unique sui generis image.
OLIVE OIL EXPERIENCE
Spain is the first world producer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the country produces about half the world’s total olive oil, of which about 46% is exported, and 75% is made in Andalusia. The liquid gold is one of the pillars of the Mediterranean Diet and by no means you will leave without learning what it is, how to buy it and how to consume it.

The capital of sherry wine might still be an unspoilt destination for for overseas travelers but the entire region of Cadiz will become the new must-go destination very soon. Let’s discover today Jerez, its rich history and impressive beauty.
SANLUCAR DE BARRAMEDA
Head to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a remote seaside town, immersed in wine aromas and marine fragrance, caressed by west winds and protected by the biggest natural park in Europe: Doñana Park. Enjoy some memorable food in the real way with a seafood hearty lunch.
SHERRY WINES
By the evening, gala dinner at an impressive sherry bodega in Jerez de la Frontera, after a full tasting of sherry wines at one of the most beautiful wine cathedrals.

BLUE FIN TUNA EXPERIENCE
Today is Tuna Experience day! Embark with us on a unique journey to discover all the secrets of the blue fin tuna and the ancient fishing tradition known as Almadraba, a fishing method on the Iberian Peninsula that dates back to a time of Phoenician rule over 3,000 years ago. An expert lecture is foreseen with Mr. Medina, Biologist and Professor at the Sea Science Faculty in Cádiz. Then watch first hand a whole tuna butchering process and finally enjoy the most amazing tuna degustation menu ever!

DAY 8 | Jerez - Seville
SEVILLE HAS DUENDE
Founded by Rome, conquered by Muslims and later incorporated into the Christian kingdom of Spain, Seville is still reinventing itself.
An unmissable landmark, the Royal Palace “Alcázar”, considered the oldest Palace in Europe still in use by a royal family since the 13th century. Once inside stroll across the three different palaces, like the one of the King Peter the 1st “the Cruel”. The Gothic Palace built by King Alfonso the 10th “the Wise”. We will walk across the royal gardens (5 hectares) and will get lost at the labyrinth garden around Charles the 5th Pavilion. Of course you will hear the legends and gossips hidden behind the walls of this magnificent Palace. Both monuments are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Seville’s magnificent Cathedral is the third largest in the word. The Giralda Tower at 98 m altitude, is the symbol of Seville. Admire the burial of Christopher Columbus, as well as the main altar of the Christendom.
