Across Andalusia through its Muslim legacy

Through this Andalusia Food & Wine Tour you will travel all the way South to fall madly in love with Southern Spain and its duende while you delight your taste buds with the greatest delicacies, admired all across the world.

Southern pantries are stocked with the greatest delicacies such as the prized blue fin tuna, the unique jamón ibérico and the admired sherry wines. Don’t miss the opportunity to know first hand their origins when we visit Ronda, Jabugo, and Seville.

And be seduced by the Muslim heritage, it can be felt in every corner, specially in Córdoba, the old capital of the Al-Andalus. The entire Cordoba city is infused by exotic flavors expressing the essence of the different civilizations that have passed through these lands.

The coastal city of Malaga reinvented herself and has quietly emerged as a cultural hub. The city persuaded several prestigious museums to open their first overseas offshoots: the Pompidou Center from Paris and the State Russian Museum. And you can breathe the Med spirit from the tiny streets or better, from a chiringuito by the beach, sampling great tapas.

Wines from Andalusia deserve a special mention; you will learn by doing everything about sherry wines but you will also sample extraordinary still wines in the region of Axaqruia.

Join The Valfers to taste the real flavors of Andalusia in this 9-night memorable journey limited to 20 participants.

Take an opportunity to admire the scenery and taste incredible wines.

Valeska put together an incredible itinerary for my honeymoon to Spain. We were looking for a good mix of culture, food, and relaxation and she delivered on all fronts. She was easy to work with and really listened to our wishes in making recommendations. All the private excursions that she arranged were excellent. At some point during every tour our guide received a message from our agent checking in on how everything was going. We felt very well taken care of during our honeymoon and very thankful for all the assistance Valeska provided in making this dream vacation come true.
